Energy Report Tips

Need to pass a NatHERS energy report? Aluminium windows can help when specified correctly:

  • Use double glazing to improve thermal comfort.

  • Fill with argon gas between panes to reduce U-values.

  • Specify thermally-broken frames where possible.

  • Ensure full perimeter seals are installed on all openings.

  • Document BAL and acoustic ratings for compliance reports.
